Not Enough Currency in acts and Bosses too hard as a Gearlet

Am in POE 2's act 2's final boss and I feel like i've not gotten good drops that i can use directly or enough currency to have a decent enough gear. The Boss is coded in such a way that its too punishing if u are a gearlet. Have almost died over 10 times now without even getting the boss below 60%. Even though the bosses up until now felt tough it felt doable ... this one dosent... Dont know how to proceed forward now without getting carried by someone or I will have to follow some meta guide or something. Please take another look into this matter GGG.
