Minion reservation node does not reduce spirit cost

Lord of Horrs, the minion reservation node states minions have 12% reduced reservation but when activated did not change the spirit cost of any of my minion skills. SRS nor Frost Mages.

Well, it won't reduce SRS because the gem.is a buff that summons them.
It should work for the mages though. |

I was wrong it does work on raging spirits. So once you have selected that node you have to go to your minions turn them off and back on decrease the count to zero and then back up to what you had it as and it will reflect your new reservation.
