POE2 not available in south korea?

I'm looking to purchase early access, and it seems there's no platform I can download this in. I already have paid the early access fee, how can i go about downloading and playing the game?

It was the same with POE 1. I bought it while living in the US, came to S. Korea to live and work and I can't play it here without VPN.
With VPN the latency is so high its virtually unplayable. Steam is available in S Korea. POE is not for some reason. |
