GGG, why POE 2 harder than Ruthless?

I don't want to play Dark Souls in POE, for what all this challenge in campaign? This is not fun at all. Without support gems that gives some damage we have no damage and no defences as well. I'm disappointed, leave ruthless as a separate server choice, why impose it on everyone without an alternative?

Also, POE 2 does not support all my MTX, you take more time to add them to new game but almost nothing actually added.

There is very little content in the game right now, ok I understand it's early access, but doesn't even reach alpha level at the moment. Sad
