PC- No opening cinematic

Like the tittle. There is no opening cinematic on PC STEAM or Client. Only available on consoles.

Game goes from being hanged to riverbank start right away.

Don't really want to play, because I don't know if I'll be missing more future cinematics if it's a bug.
