Unable to use Horn of Vastiri (PoE 2 Act 2 Trail of Corruption quest)

When blowing the horn I was disconnected from the game from what I assume is a graphical glitch and couldnt reconnect for some time due to a 20,000 person queue. When I was able to rejoin the marker for blowing the horn is gone and I am unable to progress the main questline. Please HELP!

where do you even go to use it? on my account i dont even have any quests left but i have the horn and it dosent tell me where to go to use it
