I talked to thee hooded guy it teleported me the the outskirts, I killed the boss and completed the quest, then nothing updated. No quests and I cant teleport to the town. I have searched everything and there isn't anything to progress towards

Talk to Zarka. She will have an option called "the ardura caravan" After the dialogue the "door" behind her will open the way to the caravan.
