Support Gems disappearing

I have had three support gems disappear from stash/inventory. Two disappeared when I removed an item that granted the skill they were supporting. In previous instances, the support gems had been moved to my inventory. However, in this instance, they just disappeared. They are nowhere in my stash tabs or inventory.

On another occasion, I was creating a new support gem. I had the uncut gem in my gems stash tab and chose the support to create. The uncut gem was consumed, but the support gem was not put into my inventory, stash, or skill assignment.

Happy to share more details, but not eager to try to repro as these uncut support gems are proving quite rare to find. Losing three was quite painful.

I just had the same thing happen. 2 or 3 support gems are missing. Not sure what triggered it. I may have tried to switch the staff that granted the skill that they were supporting. And I think I had one supporting a different skill not associated with the item. I didn’t realize until about an hour or two later so I’m not sure what may have triggered the bug. Was logged out for about an hour, then logged in and wanted to engrave a new support gem and that’s when I noticed my others where missing. I’m on PS5.

Same thing happened to me - wondered where the support gems were to move them to a new skill, cannot find them anywhere - stash, inventory, old weapons... then I remembered I respecced out of Elemental Storm ascendancy and that the missing gems were in the power when I respecced...

Worst part is that the game still thinks I have them equipped so I can't cut them again!

There’s a setting in options you can uncheck that will let you cut whatever and stop giving the “already equipped” warning.

Happened to me too, i lost "Meat shield" support and some other ones.

I had the same thing happen twice. I thought I was going crazy lol

Same just lost 2 and spent an hour digging through everything and now it says “you already have this support gem” so it won’t let me craft again. Any solutions to this?

In your settings turn off restricted gem cut. You'll be able to cut a new one

Same. I engraved support gems from a uncut gem directly from my stash, now they are nowhere to be found and I am prevented to make a new one.
