Possible bug, or I just need help... (Trial of Chaos)

I think i bugged it or smth. I died inside, respawned. When spawning outside the door was still open, couldn't enter so instead of closing and reopening (Like everyone I asked told me to do after I think i bugged it) I created new instance to the area because I couldnt enter ofc. When entering the door was closed and item was gone from the altar and from my inventory.

Tried killing all bosses that people told me to kill Zicoatl, Chimera and some other ones... PLEASE help me resolve this. Cruel is not easy when I'm missing my vital ascendancy points.

And please report if you have had the same issue.

same thing is happening to me. I failed temple of chaos once and now I can't re-enter. Please help!

The inscribed ultimatum is gone and I have no idea how to get it back.

Just want to say I fixed it, for me the quest was already completed for some reason and I'm cooked. If you have lost the key to enter, it should and will drop again from some mobs I'm pretty sure. There is a chance if there is like a green symbol next to the boss on the map that it drops the key, it should be like a green arch.

I have the same problem, I tried to drop the key again and nothing happened after 2 runs of the map, I tried all the bosses and nothing pls help
