hexblast cancelling demon form

tooltip reads "revert to human form if you reach 1 life, use a skill that isn't a spell, or reactivate this skill." hexblast is a spell so it shouldn't be cancelling demon form. somebody in another post said essence drain and profane ritual are giving them the same issue, but i can use those abilities just fine. it's strange.

I had this problem but fixed it. Don't totally remember what the problem was but I think it was because I had a strength support gem on hexblast, but the strength on my build, to let me use that support gem, was on my weapon. When you're in demon form it gets rid of your weapons so you lose those attributes so you cant use hexblast in demon form.

had the same issue, check your attribute requirements for the spell. Since demon form makes weapon and offhand provide no stats, and adds 5 levels to the skill gem, you might be missing the required attributes to cast the spell.

I don't know if anyone still have this problem, but I found that when I get into demon form, blasphemy require more Int. than normal to keep the curse up. If you don't have this int. as soon you cast Hexblast it cancel your form

entering demon form gives you +6 levels to gems increasing requirements and mana costs

Demon Form discards weapons in your hands.

Which means if you rely on INT in your weapon, focus, or shield to meet a requirement of certain skills, when you use that skill in Demon Form it will count as Punch. Punch is melee attack. Demon Form will be canceled when you use any actions rather than spell.

That's why you turns back to human.
