Hand of Chayula doesn't apply curses

Tried with both unarmed and staff, have curse socketed in the meta gem. Playing a bloodmage, skill always hits, not over curse limit. Have attribute requirements for both the curse and the skill.

Not sure why it's not working, just looks like the skill doesn't work at all?

Same here, it seems like it isn't applying *some* curses. Despair works, Hypothermia works, Enfeeble doesn't.

Having the same issue, thinking it is only using one curse. Haven't properly tested, but it seems like the curses work with it, it just seems like the first one slotted. The skill reads like it would use all linked curses, but doesnt seem to break the rule of single curse. Was hoping that was the case, unfortunately seems like it's not.

For the other people in the thread saying only some curses are working, the only thing I can think of is that the level of hand of chayula needs to be greater than the level of the curse. I don't have the attributes to test this.

Also no I wouldn't expect this to bypass curse limit, but it does apply multiple curses at once if whispers of doom or another source of +1 curse is active.

I have Voltaic Mark and Conductivity equipped. Neither gets applied by Hand of Chayula.

Tried to change to a mark + a curse and now it's no longer working.

It seems that the gem level of the curse is what is causing this, although I think it's a bug. I have a level 9 hand of chayula with +1 gems. I can apply a level 10 despair, but not level 15.

I can also apply a level 12 snipers mark.

Never mind, just tried with a level 15 hand of chayula with a level 15 despair, and it's not working :(

Same issue here. I have voltaic mark, enfeeble and conductivity.

When I swap the gems in and out, it seems to always do voltaic mark, but enfeeble and conductivity inconsistently work when placed first or second.

This seems very poorly explained and inconsistent, leading me to believe it is most likely a glitch.

Hopefully it gets fixed so that the ability does what its explanation says.

How so you actually socket a mark or curse into the hand of chayula skill. Ive obly got 2 sockets available. Im level 35. Is there something im missing?
