Stuck in Act one, zone cleared, no Miller. I Have gotten 5 Chars up to level 2, No Miller

I need some help. I realize that I must clear the zone before I can unlock the Miller. I gotten 5 chars up to level 2.

No matter how many drowned I kIll, I still cant reach the check point.
Please let me know if there is anything else to try.

And. yes. I am sure the zone was cleared 8 times.
