Trying to merge my standalone and steam account but got this error.

I linked my steam account under connections

I got the email to verify I wanted to merge them

I got the message "The Steam account associated with this request is already linked to another Path of Exile account.

Current Account:
Existing Account:

Proceeding with this request will permanently associate your accounts.

You will not be able to merge any further accounts with the same login methods (Steam) to this Path of Exile Account.

This action cannot be undone.

I accepted, and it said "An error has occured" and now when I try to connect my steam account it says:

You cannot add this login method to this account.
You cannot merge two accounts with the same login methods.

And on steam it is still just the steam account, not both.

Me, the same. Even already sent email to support, but still get any response yet. What a waste of money, to purchased POE 2 EA supporter pack.

Same issue here.
Been looking for an anwer in the foruns and nothing.
I Have emailed the support and still no response.
I advise against buying early acess on console until this issue is adressed
