Can't access my 300 coins and twitch drops

At some point when I was linking to twitch so I could get the twitch drops I found out I had an account already, despite having made another one for poe 2. I guess I tried poe 1 at some point long ago. I was asked if I wanted to merge these two accounts at some point, which I agreed to do.

Now it does not appear that the two accounts were truely merged, it looks like they are seperate. The main problem I'm having from this is that it appears that the 300 coins I got for the early access to poe 2 went to one of the accounts and the twich drop skins are only accessible from the other. I would like to fix this somehow. Is there some way to talk to someone that can help me?

I just sent a mail to support, you should too. Bought EA on the Xbox store, yet the coins were somehow attributed to a linked Playstation sub-account that I never even wanted to use again due to the strict Sony MTX policies.

Nope, no reply, but I was able to refund through the Xbox store without any issues, so I can buy again in a way that makes everything end up in the right account (hopefully).

Any updates man? I have the same exact issue but didn't realize until I was many hours into the game that there are 2 separate accounts.

No I did not receive any kind of response. In fact I got a "delivery incomplete" response from my email provider both times I tried to contact them. I'm guessing there is a problem on their end.

No help, no response, as far as I can tell they did not even get my email unfortunately.

I think I have given up that they will fix it for me. I went ahead and swapped my twitch connection over to the correct sub account and I guess I just wont get the two current twitch drop items which is a shame as they look kinda cool.

They did finally get back to me with a request for more information. I'll let you know how they take care of me.
