Error " Could not overwrite ..... "

Hello.

Does anyone got a solution to this problem? Restarting the PC or starting as admin doesnt fix it. I searched on google already and read some stuff about deleting the exe and changing tmp into exe. Didn't work either , since i couldnt even start the tmp data then.

Its obviously POE 2 , and i just played the whole night and had this problem now after sleeping.

Any help is much appreciated , and thank you in advance !
