About one-time MTX transfer from one linked account to other.

Considering that I have been waiting for a response from the support service for the past two weeks, I decided to post here in the hopes that those who have previously used the MTX transfer feature from one account to another can help clarify the situation for me.
I have a main account on PC and a secondary account that was created for use on Xbox. I haven't played on Xbox for a long time and had a significant amount of MTX points left there. When I realized that these points were not transferable, my only option was to transfer them from my PC to my Xbox account. Over the past 12 years, I've accumulated quite a bit of MTX. My question is, exactly what is being transferred? I understand that points cannot be transferred. What about other items such as effects, decorative items, items from the Kirak Pass, character frames, forum icons, and so on? Last bumped on Jul 11, 2025, 1:40:16 PM

Nope sadly i haven't got any farther in the transfer since my last message here i still haven't sent any follow ups emails its been 158 days no reply nothing tbh this transfer will probably never happen

i am waiting since december for a transfer as well. i got to the point of "alright, please confirm to us that you want to move MTX from account A to account B". and i sent the confirmation, and never got an answer since. 7 months have passed. i do have faith in ggg though, ik they're hands full on poe2 and 1 but its frustating nonetheless :(

Coming up on 8 months still waiting for this one time transfer and haven't had any word from support since telling them to go ahead with the transfer on Nov 21st 2024.
Honestly think they've done zero/none of these one time mtx transfers since they announced it on Nov 12th 2024. |
