EA purchased via POE website does not allow you to play the game

I purchased the Supporter pack through the Path of exile 2 website, I received the message on the website containing the 3 keys to download the clients, I activated the key on steam to download the client, but when I start the game and try to log in, the game says that I do not have access to EA and that I have to buy it. If I try to redeem the key to use directly on the PoE website, the website says that the key for my account type is not valid, also I had already linked my PoE account to steam, but from the PoE website they do not appear to be connected, if I try to link the PoE account to steam, the website says that I can not because it is already busy...
