Game Pause PS5

The game keeps randomly pausing every few steps. It’s a popup that reads “Game Paused”. Only happens when I leave the encampment. Doesn’t happen when I am in the encampment. I’ve unplugged all devices from the console and even swapped gamepads. I just reinstalled the game and it’s still happening.

It's constantly pausing and unpausing every 15-20 seconds. It's unplayable for me. I live in Canada and and it just auto pouts me in Texas but in the options I have it set to California. All I wanna do is play......

I am still having the issue of the game pausing every 3-4 seconds. No other game does this. No other PlayStation app has problems. Other devices all work as intended.
PS5 NA I’ve connected to Auto, Washington DC, Texas and California and each one has the same result.
The game is stored on an WD Black M.2 SSD. Console is hardwired. ISP service is 500 mbps. The issue is literally just this game.

I fixed the pausing issue I was having. I timed the pauses with the wild network spikes the game was showing me in the options menu and it seems like it was indeed an issue with my modem/router as the issue was resolved by power cycling them but it’s weird that it was only effecting this game. All other apps and games were working fine. So, if you’re having this problem, power cycle your modem and router.
