POE1 microtransactions not showing up in POE2

none of my purchases from Poe1 show up in my Poe2 account. I originally had Poe1 without steam, but was gifted Poe2 through steam. I did link my Steam account with my POE account but it still shows two separate accounts on the manage accounts page. Is there a way to merge the two accounts or is there something else I can do?

Im also having the same issue. It shows i bought POe2 supporter pack on 1 account and the other was the one i played on and has my microtransactions on it. how can i fix this?

have the same issue - accounts are linked, but no purchases from poe1 available in poe2

Having the same issue, all purchases from my linked accounts from PoE1 show as "unavailable in this game version" for PoE2 except my pets and PoE2 supporter pack cosmetics.

Not sure if this will be some people issue or not but I just figured this out.
If you have merged two accounts together into one email, you have to change which account you're playing on at the character select screen(top right). I have two accounts tied to one email due to one being through steam and one being my old standalone client. I spent the entire release day and most of today playing on the account that had no MTX and unfortunately the accounts do not share MTX/characters. I doubt this will be everyones issue, but hopefully it helps someone or at least prevents them from playing on the wrong account. |

Same issue can we move characters to our poe1 account or just get access to our other linked accounts mtx / stash tabs?

The button you are referring to does it look like a bracket with an arrow? If so then that just takes me back to the lo;gin screen and there is now choice for other accounts. have the same issue when i use POE launcher. |

" no, it's a dropdown box with your POE user name + user number to the left of the bracket and arrow you're talking about. you can see the two accounts on the POE website as well when you go to manage accounts and after you have linked the steam account. The weird thing for me is that all the old cosmetics don't work on POE2 and all the early access coins are on the POE1 account.
