300 Points Missing from Early Access Pack

Bought the EA Pack from Steam but i don't see the 300 points when i was checking out the MTX store. Ama i supposed to claim it somewhere? i check under the DLC tab under steam library and it's installed.

A few people on Reddit were claiming this works:

Right click on PoE2 in your Library>Middle-right is DLC tab. Click on "Manage my DLC" and remove the check mark on it. Then relaunch the game.

Not sure if this actually works or not. Just trying to help.

Just attempted this, no luck unfortunately.

I have an issue I am waiting on a response for problems with receiving coins.

In my case I used nexon game cards to gain early access. I used 3x 10 dollar cards to get the 30 bucks. The 1st 2 cards worked fine, but the 3rd didn't give me any coins.

The GGG system tells me the card is invalid, but when talking to Nexon support they tell me GGG redeemed the card fully. So the money made it to them, but the remaining 100 coins I need to get early access just never made it to my account. I provided them with a screenshot of the Nexon support team's response citing the card was fully redeemed by GGG.

So, here I sit and wait for them to get to my issue. I'm starting to think they're having a lot of microtransaction problems, because I sent them the email regarding this situation 3 days ago. On the page you purchase coins there is a place to click where they give you an email address to email them regarding microtransaction problems. You should submit an email to them if you haven't already.

I also made a thread regarding my issue in this forum section, trying to get them to (GGG) to notice, and it was deleted. So, it must be an issue, and they're trying to hide it.

Do you have other profiles linked to your GGG account? In my case i have steam and console linked and for some reason when creating a character in PoE2 it defaulted to the console profile instead of the steam one - even though the game was launched from steam. On the character selected screen there is a dropdown where you can change profiles. Switched to my steam account i saw the 300 coins there.
Sent a msg to support as well a week and half ago, not really expecting anything at this point so i just restarted on the correct profile.

I don't have any other accounts. I only have this one, and I need that final 100 coins to hit 300 and be able to get my early access key. It's very disheartening to hear you waited a week and a half with no reply. Every morning and evening I check my email hoping to hear from GGG. At this point I'm extremely unimpressed, and am starting to contemplate looking for outside places to flame them for their extremely poor customer support.
