Microtransaction store broken, PS5

I purchased the founders pack on my ps5 and I have no points to spend. When I goto the points or packs area in the micro transaction page the Loading... icon just spins and spins. Nothing happens.
I would like access to my points and armor from the founders pack... Last bumped on Jan 16, 2025, 2:44:50 PM
