Supporter Pack Upgrade Query

im currently trying to upgrade my King of the Faridun pack to the Warlord of the Karui pack but when i do it states You will not receive physical goods for this payment package.

I am currently having the same issue. I have Emailed them twice, really hoping i can get the physical items. Eventually i want to also upgrade from the Warlord to the Last pack...!!

Any updates here? I'd like the physical goods for Liberator but it will not let me choose them.

In the same boat I want to upgrade to Warlord but it says I can't get the physical goods.
