I wanna switch platforms (Redeem on PC account by mistake)

Hey all!


I received early access from a friend (key)
and I can only use it on a PC, ( and I choose after redeem Playstation platform.
I wanna play on PLAYSTATION 5
I would like to change key for PS5.


here is a proof including a picture of the User toledano123#0098 (PC)

i want to Change to key for Playstation 5 user - toledanoT87#1700(PS5)

on the Playstation 5 User (toledanoT87#1700) there is No option to redeem a code for Playstation Store.

Someone know what to do?
