Not Receiving Code for Location Unlock in PoE 2
As the title says, my account was blocked due to a change of location, yes I really moved, around 4~5 hours ago I was in a city and now I'm in another house about 87km away from the place I first logged in. I use a notebook/laptop so I'm using the same device, so I did not think that this would happen, but now I'm not able to login and play the game, it asks me a code that should appear in my email, and it simply don't appears, retryed sending, so far nothing on main/spam/trash/social/forums any mail tabs.

The exact same thing happened to me. I logged in at friends house. Went home and now my account is locked out. I haven't been able to login and play because no unlock emails are being sent.

Got triggered for the unlock code as well and its been 7 hours and counting for either the unlock code to be sent, or a response from support@grindinggear.com whom I've emailed.
I had a similar issue last year while on POE1, and eventually it was a GGG staff who provided me the unlock code manually via email after a couple of days. |
