XBOX.. buy EA acces on my pc but client not downloadable

I bought EA acces for XBOX on my PC because its said that the key is for the platform wich is associated to my pathofexile.com account, and its xbox, but on my console, i can't pre download poe2.. why ? Last bumped on Dec 22, 2024, 6:29:08 AM

I'm afraid that you'll still have to purchase a supporter pack on Xbox in order to play on the console, even if your Path of Exile account already has early access from the purchase of a PC supporter pack, and your Xbox account is linked.

Ok thanks Jacob for the answer. I have send a request to the support. As it wasn't very clear when i ve made the purchase (and english is not my native language ^^), i hope i will be billed only once.
