PoE 2 purchased on a new account, anyway to link to my original steam account? EDIT

Hi! Thanks for taking the time to read my issue.
I purchased a supporter pack for PoE 2. When linking it to Steam, I realised I already had an account for PoE 1 that I had previously purchased cosmetics and the like for. I've messaged support about having the supporter purchase and associated credits transferred to my older account, as I have no reason for the new account and it was effectively created in error. Would I be better off requesting a refund and purchasing the new content directly rather than hope for a transfer? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated, thanks. EDIT: I'm concerned I won't be eligible for a refund if refused my request once I log in to my account with launch tomorrow? For that reason alone, I'm questioning whether it would be best to proceed with a refund as a primary recourse. If you have already emailed Support, then please wait for them to reply. They are extremely busy at the moment. Account-related issues can only be dealt with via email with Support.

At this stage I''ve brought a copy on each of the linked accounts, and am hoping they can refund and delete the secondary account as it hasn't been used. |
