Supporter pack refund

I have already sent an email to support@grindinggear.com regarding my request for a refund of the supporter pack upgrade that I purchased by mistake, as I only wanted to see the conversion of the price to our currency. My coins and mtx remain untouched as well. However, I have read somewhere that refunds are only allowed for transactions done within 48 hours before the refund request is made, but I have not received any reply even a day after I sent the email. I understand that the system is very busy as the early access will be released in less than a day, but I hope refund requests will still be looked into and accepted even 48 hours after the transaction has been made. Thanks!!
