Problem with duplicate cosmetics

I seem to have a problem, and getting no reply from support so dont know if I should cancel my purchase.

I bought a Lord of Ogham Supporter pack on Xbox mostly for the Early Access Key. After doing this the site still said I am not eligible for Early Access.

Then, bought King of the Faridun Supporter pack here on the site thinking that it will give me an upgrade option with an EA key. Ended up paying $100 and having duplicate cosmetics from Lord of Ogham Supporter pack.

Emailed Support on he 2nd and again on the 3rd of December trying to rectify the problem, at the very least maybe just upgrade my purchase to Thaumaturge of the Vaal Supporter pack as it will reflect the $160 spent.

Still sitting with no response or an acknowledgement that the mail was received. I know they busy with pre-launch but its making me worry if I am going to sit with this stuff up forever.

I'm afraid that purchases completed on two different platforms cannot be used to upgrade to a higher tier Supporter Pack, unfortunately. Please also note that the console Supporter Packs do not contain physical items, and their price has been adjusted to compensate for this.

Sadly this came to late for me to try and rectify via Microsoft. (Reverse Xbox Purchase and Upgrade on the site directly)

So much for good support.
