Darkness and spirit

There is the question, if darkness on chaula monk remove all spirit, is it still possible to reserve darkness for any auras? Or its literally remove aura mechanic?

I think it means no aura
simply bc it doesnt say "skills which reserve spirit now reserve darkness"

Yes, but in that case, 3 nodes in that ascendancy is full unplayable... Thats why im asking. U have 600 darkness at 100lvl, which means if u take other node, u gain 30% more damage if u have unreserved darkness, and another node 50% duration... If u cant use aura by darkness, that looks sooo bad node

Totally playable, depending on the build, specially if you dont benefit from any of the spirit gems as much as you would do with a reserve and added chaos damage. Its added, lovely for poisons.

Its like another ES, and it fully recharges after 10 secs of no damage, 5 if you have Inner Silence. From a survival standpoint, I choose it over spirit.

Having that, and Ghost Dance or Grim Fest would be too OP.

Just keep in mind, poison damage bypasses it, and when ES drops, it fully consumes the reservation. Chayulas Gift is a must.
