POE2: Help lifetime code received Poe site still says not eligible. Still unresolved
I received this morning my XBox lifetime supporter code and have use it and client starts, can get to the login screen (but obviously no further).
However, on Poe website under ‘Path of Exile 2 Early Access’ it still says for me (and several others on console with keys used) that I am not eligible. " My key was only redeemed on the Xbox, not your site The exact phrase on your website is “ Your account does not have access to Path of Exile 2 Early Access. "Hey there, just to clarify, due to the nature of supporter packs and early access working a little differently between PC and consoles, the my-account/early-access. page may not show your account as eligible for early access. If you are already able to pre-download the Early Access client on Xbox, then you should have correctly gained Early Access to Path of Exile 2 and can play once Launch hits. " Ok so Jacob I appreciate you and your reply. However, I downloaded the game about 4 days or more before I got my lifetime key. Further, other XBox users have use the key and their Poe website account has adjusted correctly and others it has not. As someone fully aware of how the complexities of a company dealing with another on such a topic as this I appreciate this is a quirk/glitch but an uncomfortable one. I am 99.9% certain the key has worked as intended and that on the launch I’ll be ok, but that your site says otherwise is disconcerting. Many thanks |
