Early access on Epic Games

I purchased early access through Epic Games. It seems the access will open on the 6th of the month, but currently, I do not appear as an early access holder on the site. Since support is extremely busy and not responding, I'm seeking advice on how to proceed with early download. Does anyone have suggestions?

Have you linked your poe account to your epic account?

Yep, GGG posted on another thread basically saying that epic sux and u just have to wait till then before they give u access to everything. Including Pre-Loading since apparently Epic does things differently for EA
