Is there tracking for physical items once they ship?

Tried emailing support and didn't get a response for a few days (I'm assuming they are busy) so I thought I would ask here.

I just realised maybe using my old other email got the email to support flagged as spam? It was from martyboyysid@gmail.com
No rush anyways it was just a question about if we get tracking or not and I'm assuming yes so I will just wait for now |

I got canpar tracking for the order so I should be good now since I see I can hold at location with that
