POE 2 purchase \ steam account

Hi, can you help me please?
I wrote an email to ggg support 3 days ago but didn't receive a response. Since its 3 days from now for POE 2 launch i'm a little worried. I bought POE 2 from steam and trying to merge my POE (Stand-Alone) account with my steam account. First time trying i got some Error. And now it says "You cannot merge two accounts with the same login methods.". p.s. i know i have this (old) account on steam but i dont want him to be my steam\POE2 account. I need my Mifril13#7038 (Stand-Alone) account to be my steam\POE2 account. Can i somehow unlink this account from steam and get my purchased POE2 access on my main account? Thanks. bump .. same here .. I think this would've been avoided if it had been made impossible to create more than 1 POE account per email linked.

GGG just contacted me to fix this so I'm updating this post before this account gets nuked (#5716) just to tell you guys they are grinding gears to fix this.

GGG just contacted me to fix this so I'm updating this post just to tell you guys they are grinding gears to fix this. My duplicate account #5716 should get nuked soon and in case its posts disappear with it.. this is an almost carbon copy in my real account (this one) in case it helps anyone searching the forums for an answer like I did originally.
