Denied Refund PoE 2 Early Access Supporter Pack

Hello,

I purchased an early access key on 21-November for 30USD

Afterwards on 26-November I purchased a separate "King of the Faridun" Supporter Pack for 100USD. I realised there was a completely different price for upgrading from the EA key (70USD) vs buying the pack without an upgrade (100USD). In this case I actually wanted to buy a higher tier pack that came with the key instead.

What I don't understand is why upon using the 'Upgrade' button on my 'view transactions' EA key the non-upgrade options still offered? It seems predatory.

Since is my first time purchasing a supporter pack and did not realise this so I asked for refund after 30mins of the purchase, to which I was denied on the premise of:

I've worn the MTX once on POE1 and taken it off, and have not spent any of the points nor have I used the key. Additionally I filed for the refund request after 30mins of realising my mistake so it is within the 48 hour window.

I've heard people were able to receive refunds after wearing MTX. Is it not possible to receive a refund for this so I can purchase a higher tier supporter pack?

I bought the early access bundle and thought I would get a ps5 key, how can i cancel my purchase?

i did the same thing :( since its crossplatform i thought my pc account would work for ps5

looking for similar resolution. Im hoping they follow their policy in time for me to upgrade to a more expensive pack on the PS5. If not maybe i just wait for general release... cant afford to pay double - just wanted to reward the devs

You will have to buy it again on console and request a refund.

Yeah that early access landing page really needs some warning that you need to buy supporter pack on the ps5 in order to play on a console.

I got supporter's pack yesterday and just now when download is available, realized that I can't use it on the console.

I cant play the game and i bought the 240 package. i am not fetting an email

i don't enjoy this game ''to hard'' and i want a refund aswell
