Their support system is very busy lately. Might take a few days to reply. If it’s not an account issue state it here and maybe someone else can help or answer your questions?

No response like that will happen here. If you post in the help and info section you can get a copy pasted message that they are experiencing a high volume of emails and will get to you when they can if it will make you feel better.
