I need to change my email but cant

i login on my pc poe account with my steam that i linked long ago,
i dont have access to my old email or remember what the name was of it, its been long time sense last i logged in with pc email, i need to change my primary email, but dont remember my pc login password i can log in with my steam though how can i change my primary email now?
