Indeed, truly commendable conduct.

Dear GGG. I'd like to thank you for the invitation to Path of Exile 2 for my many years of support, and I look forward to supporting you in the future.

Keep being awesome, my kiwi brothers and sisters.
Don't speak too soon. I am speculating the game will be so overly complicated with so many YT video tutorials with misinformation that yields hours upon hours lost for your average player and the #'s will fall. I really hope the best for POE 2, but let's face it. It's still POE. This game is not accessible to your average diablo dad and that's the one good thing that this game has going for it. The introduction to the casual Diablo gamer is accounting for the majority of the people en route (just my theory).

I'm excited for POE 2, but it better be LIGHTYEARS different than POE 1 or else it'll face the same fate. 10k average steam players and a toxic global chat that doesn't even relate to the game itself.

the #1 thing I hear from why people quit poe from my server is "end game is too confusing". There's not any explanation in game as to what even is a kirak mission. You're just supposed to go watch YT's and "figure it out". Nobody wants to get home from work and start watching and reading how to guides. They want to slam monsters.

The #2 thing I hear from why people quit poe is "The skill tree is just too overwhelming". It may be enjoyable for the math wizards out there, but as a math guy myself. I am not really interested in solving math puzzles for fun lol. I don't even play POE, I play POB. That's atleast how I feel about POE 1. I enjoyed it earned a few demi gods and effectively quit until I heard POE 2 was coming out. If the game is anything like POE 1 in the facet that there's just random things to do with no explanation and multiple ways to "brick" your character I'll be gone after the hype train cools down.
