Can you elaborate a bit? Because your answer makes absolutely no sence. And more confusing than anything else

When early access ends, will there be a whipe? Or character and items updated and

If there IS a whipe, then why do you call it "early access" and charge us
For it.

It dosnt say "BETA" we have access to start to play the game now



So please can you be clear?

Do we start EARLY ACCESS and at the end "keep everything" and migrate to std server like what
EVERYONE is expecting

Do we start a "BETA" and NOT an early access and once 1.0 release we start from 0 on standard ?

It's quite clear
You keep everything, there is no wipe.
But the characters do not go to Standard but their own league which you could call "standard 2" but you can't create new characters there.

So essentially they're going to be in a graveyard with no way to move their items to standard but you can still play those characters.

From GGG's post, I had the impression that these characters would end up in their own special league, and that future 2.0 characters would go to a typical "standard" league. I would guess the rationale would be to keep any seriously broken items from becoming highly valued legacy items.

If my interpretation is correct we would end up with

PoE 1 current league
PoE 1 standard league

Poe 2 legacy (with no new characters or items joining in)

PoE 2 current league
PoE 2 standard league

I'd think GGG could clarify this.

This is the worst of all news. Coming close to the end of the current content, it would have been my target to grind for currency and equipment for several characters that would be moved to real "Standard" ultimately. This target gone, any further grind is utterly useless. This means, I will stop playing right now and wait for the release. How depressing is that. Not worth a company that calls itself Grinding Gear Games. What is the harm of moving months of work to real standard? Most of the long-term POE players don't play Standard much anyway. That also means, I have paid 28 EUROs for one month of early access of a game that is for free after release. Depressing.

If i have know this information before i would have NEVER EVER play as much as i played knowing everything will be lost basicaly

5 char around 90, more than 400 hours, just to end in a graveyard? Im done with the game
