Animation cancelling question

Is it possible to animation cancel all moves ? I feel like there is scope for some truly dynamic gameplay here. Like for instance , if we take that 1 skill shown in the trailers where the witch jumps back and calls down an ice meteor , if we can cancel the jump mid air and dash/blink it would make for some sick freeform movement .

i've watched some barb footage after the Q&A so i can't speak specifically about witch but i saw when he was in the middle of a slam skill (jumping) he would cancel with a roll in a different direction so i think this is exactly what you mean.
I was talking about the ability to chain abilities by cancelling them midway to get some form of dynamic movement . For example , if you could cancel leapslam midair by using a dash/blink to get some extra distance . That'll be sick !
