PoE 2 early access packs quesion.

Do I understand correctly that 30$ back gives you either access to EA or full game ? So in fact if you want to play both you have to buy the 60$ pack ?

Full game will be free on release.

The key you get is the same for both packs. Any pack contains all the items from all the lower tier packs.
