Why not all the Support packs available on steam?

So on steam in Qatar region there are only 2 support packs which are:
Lord of Ogham Supporter Pack
King of the Faridun Supporter Pack
Are the rest of the supporter packs will be available soon?
I would like to buy the highest pack available through steam as its region pricing.

Steam sales do not allow physical stuff. Steam has to work with his specific license on each country it operates in and in soem it means only software.

I see thats fair enough. I hope they add the option to opt out like their website.

You can order all the packs on Steam via PoE1 in-game shop, "Buy points" in the shop menu (top item)

Its same $ pricing might just wait or buy low pack from steam
