Flask disappeared in flasks slot.

I have one of my ruby flasks is disappeared in my 3 flask slot. The time is 23/11/2024 5:00- 5:30 GMT. I was farming in city square map, I suddenly found my ruby flask(25increased effect, 55 critical chance, 70% effect enchanted) is disappeared. At the first time, I thought I dropped it on the ground by mistake. But I adjust my filter and searched the whole map 3 times, I still could not find it. I also searched every tab in my stash, but still can not find it. Then I search online about flask disappear, I found there are a lot people have the similar problem, their flasks are disappeared too.

Please fix this bug.
