Bought POE2 starter pack on wrong account

I've just bought the 100usd POE2 supporter pack but did it on the wrong account.

Thought this was the account that's been linked with my Steam account and apparently it is not.

Is it possible to get a refund or move the supporter pack to my actual account?

I did send an email to support@grindinggear.com but is there anything else I can do about this situation?
