POE2 Key - Transactional History Inquiry
Hello. So My problem and question involves the POE2 access key. I went on the transactional page to view my history, since I did not see a PM or mention on my account that I have an access key. There was a list of supporter pack items listed on the transaction page, but the actual money spent was not present with said items. Now here comes the situation; I purchased the supporter packs through my Steam access point, by sending money over from Steam to purchase the supporter packs and it shows the amount I have spent on my Steam Transactions Page over the course of my time in POE1 (a little over $600 (USD)). And in case I need to say it, I simply add in money into my Steam Account Wallet and authorize the money to then be sent over to POE, where I am then given the option to confirm the purchase of said supporter packs. I know based on the transaction history list provided by Steam that the amount spent in POE1 would qualify me to receive a key. The question here would be is if the purchasing has to take place under the POE website or if it is acceptable in any form in which real money is spent and received by you, via sending money through Steam and transferred to POE1 to make such purchases? And if it is accepted, would I simply need to wait the two weeks like everyone else to receive a key?

Do point packs I purchased long ago count? According to the FAQs anything bought with real money does so I'd say yes.
I ask because w/out point packs I'm not sure I'm over the edge. I mean who the hell remembers what supporter pack cost what 9 years ago? Censored.

" That would be the problem that I am seeing, at least here on the transactions of the POE account page. As I mentioned in my comment, Steam has a full list of things that you have had some sort of financial transaction, including games, DLC, cosmetics, anything that requires a transaction of some kind to go through. In this transaction page, that also includes the money transferred to POE to purchase the supporter packs, which can be added up manually to find the answer, although a little inconvenient. Though I just wonder since its through Steam if it still counts since it was not directly on their page and through another system of some kind. I'll be upset if it does not count, but I do not see why it would not be since you still have to spend real money to obtain a supporter pack and if its just transferring money from the linked account to POE it should still count. I just wonder how it'll be calculated on GGG's end if we are not able to see the dollar amount on their transaction account page. |

I also reviewed my transactions with https://www.pathofexile.com/my-account/transactions then looked up the price of each supporter pack on poewiki.net to and found each (eg. transaction history shows Imperator Supporter Pack
Aug 21, 2022, 9:07:10 PM so I found https://www.poewiki.net/wiki/2022_Core_supporter_pack which shows a price of $60). I repeat for each thing bought and I total to over $580. Yet I'm seeing "Your account does not have access to Path of Exile 2 Early Access" Perhaps could this poe2 access page show what your system thinks I spent? |
