This list only includes Tier 5 packages, correct?
I ask because the Crusible Support packs, for example, only have Tier 3 as the highest Tier. If these packages do not count towards the list, please specify that only the TOP Tier of the Core packs are valid. The sentence used was a bit vague and is generating some doubts.
