Hideout instance won't end

My Singapore realm ping suddenly shot up in my hideout instance even though my ping in other areas like the Delve mines were fine so I tried to reset it by logging out and changing realms to Japan and even opening a different map through the Karui Shores map device. The map opened but I returned to my hideout and the same instance with the same map was still on. I tried entering the old map instance and it worked:
