about early access

Didn't they say on stream that if u bought a 480$ pack in the past u were gonna be in?

cause "Your account does not have access to Path of Exile 2 Early Access."
is it because they haven't given the keys to users accounts yet or?

Poor expectation tbh, considering that the 2 week wait period puts you -right- at the early access date. And so much of the drive to play the game goes away if your not there at the ground floor. Waiting how ever long it takes for support to get to you -after- the release date? Yah no brah. They should start handling this at the very least on the first of December and people should expect the keys by then. Not right on the release day, this is nothing more then a FOMO act to get people to buy more that have already met the requirements.
