Triskelion Radar Effect display bug with other MTX

I've found a bad looking bug interaction between Korean God Helmet and Triskelion Radar Character Effect that becomes even worse when you add King of the Faridun Body Armour 's hover effect: https://i.imgur.com/4QfN6Ah.mp4

And to my surprise there are MANY reported visual issues with Triskelion Radar Effect, all of them archived:
