PoE2 How is endgame unlocked?

With a 25 hours campaing it raises a concern regarding how endgame is unlocked, specifically for 2+ characters during a league.


Do we have to replay the whole campaign to unlock endgame for a new character?

Is there a way to start endgame early?

How is this going to work?

Play all 6 act (in EA you only have 3 act that you will have to repeat a second time on higher difficulty) then endgame will be accessible

You need to complete campaign 2 times, normal and cruel difficulties, to get to endgame on any new character.

25 hours is estimate time for first run of 1-3 acts, probably for new players. You also gain information and power, as leveling uniques or just crafting resources, so it will be easier on subsequent runs.
