Sao Paulo server connecting to US server

Since the Necro Settlers everytime i select the Sao Paulo server it gives me stable 112ms - 120ms, which is the same as being connected to the South US servers. I would really like to solve this before the POE 2 EA. Here are the WinMTR stats
